You will be prompted to select a planetarium show during your booking. We recommend booking this 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after your admission time as the Dynamic Earth exhibition tour is a linear experience.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your place and minimise queuing on the day. However, you are more than welcome to just turn up and purchase tickets on arrival.

The admission tickets allows entry to the main Dynamic Earth exhibition tour and one planetarium show. Additional planetarium shows can be booked online or purchased on the day.

Yes, we have a carers go free policy. We ask that a ticket is purchased for the individual requiring a carer. Proof will be checked on arrival (e.g. Blue Badge, C+1, PIP/DLA entitlement letter, or any other relevant ID.

Tickets are non-refundable, however we are happy to reschedule your visit in advance if you can no longer make it. Please email enquirie@dynamicearth.org.uk before your visit if you wish to make a change to your booking.

No, you are more than welcome to visit our cafe and gift shop without purchasing a ticket.

Yes there is a car park which is open 24 hours. It is located underneath the building and has a max entry height of 2.3m. For prices, visit the car park section of the website.
